Today we bring you Dr. Russell's best posture advice. We have already had a lot of feedback about the effects that home offices are having on our bodies. PLUS Dr. Shelley shares her favourite Green Smoothie recipe to keep us all well from the inside out!

Feel Right

Shelley's Anti-Inflammatory Green Smoothie

(Makes 2 large pints):

40g Spinach
Mint
Green Apple
Pear
Half Avocado
Cucumber
Chop and put in a blender or TM.
Add 500ml of water (or coconut water)
Blend for 1min Options:
Add ginger Omit mint (increase spinach to 50g)

This best seated posture advice from our cool, calm and collected Dr. Russell is actually gold when simplified down to three words we can all remember: 'Sit - Slide - Lean’.

This seated posture will place your spine in its ideal position, reducing the unnecessary pressure on your lumbar discs and preventing back pain to occur.
