We hope you are enjoying our 'Move Right, Feel Right' emails and getting something out of it. We have so much information we’d love to share with you which we know will help you through this change we are all faced with.

As a team, we’re staying in contact regularly and brainstorming together what’s the most important information to deliver to you to help you stay healthy and well.

Today, we felt it was important to have a healthy breakfast idea to try incorporating into your day, courtesy of our lovely Naturopath, Kirsty, as well as a neck exercise to prevent neck pain from the extra computer work we’re all doing. Please give these a go and tell us what you think.

Kirsty’s Yummy Breakfast Granola

This granola is full of essential healthy fats that help to curb food cravings, contains vitamins and minerals such and Vitamin E and Zinc, as well as increasing the protein in the morning diet. 

 If you have the extra time, now is the perfect time to make your own tasty granola. Less sugar than shop bought and you can tailor it to your taste with different nuts, seeds or dried fruit. 

What a way to start the day!!


Move Right

Deep Neck Flexor Exercise

Try this deep neck flexor exercise to mobilise the cervical spine segments and to stretch and activate the neck muscles. This exercise, if done correctly, may improve neck pain, and prevent reoccurrence. 

We suspect neck pain will be on the rise after all this additional computer work while working from home, but don’t let that be you!
