Thank you to those who have contacted us about an appointment this week and being patient as we adjust to re-opening. We’ve loved seeing your faces and its so great to hear so many people have been enjoying these emails and new content on the website. 

Kirsty has provided us with a recipe for a Turmeric latte to make at home. This is an anti-inflammatory warm drink and a great alternative for a dairy milk-based coffee. Lara from Sukha Yoga

Lara from Sukha Yoga has a special treat for us. A beautiful Yoga class filmed just for you. Lara has been providing her soul enriching yoga classes to our team for most of 2019 and we greatly miss her classes.

Lara is running Live virtual classes at 5:30pm on Mondays as well as small group classes and privates - all links can be found on her website along with other information about her www.sukhayogaaustralia.com.au

The class today is called “reconnect” and it can be practiced anytime through out the day -  as a little reset with all the screen time we’ve suddenly found ourselves in! 

Lara recommends to move at your own pace & that it’s not pregnancy specific even though she is demonstrating the class with a beautiful baby bump!
