Day Six

IMPORTANT UPDATE

From the start of the Coronavirus pandemic, we have been monitoring and following the direction from the Australian Government, with their number one recommendation being to stay home only leaving your house for essential activity.

Despite Chiropractic care being considered an essential service, it was our initial decision to reduce our service availability to help flatten the curve and stop the spread of the virus. However, the effects and the stress of the pandemic and the change to our lives has started to take its toll on our bodies and we have had many clients reach out to us over the past weeks needing our care. Based on this and with safe practices in mind, we have been accommodating these patients with Dr. Shelley being on call for appointments this week.

We are currently working on an easier way for you to reach out to us but in the meantime, please reply to this email if you need to chat with a Chiropractor to schedule an appointment. We are here for you.

Hopefully, our tips and tricks are helping you to stay healthy, strong and well to avoid those niggles returning.

Today we have a wrist stretch explained, and a relaxing yoga session to follow along with. Yoga focuses on stretching poses and breathing to help your body find balance. We felt this was important to add today considering we have been cooped up for weeks now, and our bodies may need some love and care.

Enjoy your Easter Stay-Cation, keep safe and well.
